How a visit unfolds

From your first call to the plan you leave with, in the order it happens.

  1. A masked dentist shakes hands with a bearded man in a treatment room
    01

    A conversation first

We listen to what you would like to change and what worries you, then examine. You are not asked to decide anything that day.

  2. A dental mirror in focus in front of a blurred dental chair
    02

    Photographs and an exam

Photographs and, when your dentist decides they are needed, X-rays give a full picture of your teeth. You see what your dentist sees.

  3. A dental assistant in blue gloves shows a smiling woman something on a tablet
    03

    Options in writing

Together we go through the choices, the risks, the visits each takes and the expected cost. Waiting is one of the choices.

  4. A dental chair with an instrument unit and overhead light in a white room
    04

    Treatment, step by step

Work is done in the order we agreed. Shade and shape are reviewed with you, and you can pause at any point.

Patient stories

Words from patients, written as samples for the practice to replace.

“I put off the dentist for years. She explained each step before she did it and stopped when I raised my hand.”

Jodi L.

“She showed me the options on a screen, told me what could wait and gave me the estimate in writing before I decided.”

Marty M.

“I liked that the same person saw me every time and that nobody hurried the visit.”

Meiling D.
