Accepting new patients

Your first visit, in four steps

A first visit runs about an hour. Nothing is scheduled that you have not agreed to.

  • 01

    Request a visit

Send the form or call. Tell us the day and time that suit you and how you would like us to reply.

  • 02

    We check your benefits

If you have dental insurance, we look up your plan and tell you what it says it covers before you come in.

  • 03

    Forms, in private

Health history and consent forms are completed in our private patient portal or on paper at the office, not on this website.

  • 04

    Exam and options

Your dentist talks with you, examines you, takes X-rays if needed and explains what was found. You leave with your options and a written estimate.

Before you come in

01What do I need to bring?

Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of your medicines. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your previous office to send them.

02Do I give my medical history on this website?

No. The contact form takes no medical details. Your history goes on the forms in our private patient portal or on paper at the office.

03Can you get my records from my last dentist?

Yes. Give us the name and number of your previous office and sign a release, and we will ask for your records before your visit.

Send the practice a message

Tell us a good time and how to reach you. Health history goes on the forms in our private patient portal, not in this message.
