Cosmetic dentistry, planned together

A small practice for adults who would like to talk through their options first: whitening, bonding, veneers and crowns, with the choices and the expected cost on paper before any work begins.

What a visit here is like

A small practice where the dentist you meet at the first visit is the one who does the work.

  • Your goals first

The first visit starts with what you would like to change and what you would rather leave alone. The exam comes after.

  • Color matched by a window

Fillings, bonding and veneers are matched to your own teeth by eye in daylight, and we go over the shade with you before work begins.

  • Comfort, your way

Numbing where it is needed, headphones, a blanket and a hand signal to stop. Tell us at the start what would help.

  • A plan on paper

Your options, the visits each one takes and the expected cost come in writing before any treatment is scheduled.

How we approach cosmetic work

Cosmetic work is a choice, so it starts with information and your say.

  • A treatment room with blue dental chairs and a glass instrument tray

    Checked with you

Each shade, shape and edge is reviewed with you before it is final, and we say so if we think something should wait.

  • Overhead view of a grey dental chair and instrument tray on a wood floor

    Your decision

We lay out the options, the risks, the upkeep and the cost, including the choice to wait or do nothing, and respect what you decide.

    Keeping up

Dentistry changes, and your dentist keeps up through continuing education. When an option is newer, she says so.

Common questions

More on the practice, fees and visits are on the FAQ and fees pages.

01What happens at a first visit?

About an hour: a talk about what you would like to change, photographs, an exam, X-rays if your dentist decides you need them, and your options in writing. You decide on your own timeline.

02Do you take my dental insurance?

It depends on the plan. How fees work lists the types of plan we bill and how we check your benefits before you come in. Call us with your plan and we will tell you before you book.

03Can I get a written estimate first?

Yes. Your dentist gives a written estimate before treatment starts, with the visits each option takes and the expected cost, whether or not you have insurance.
